Welcome to 2026

I decided to do a video of a small art piece for each day of January 2026 you can find these on TikTok , as I have not really been committed to my practice due to life happening around me, but I did do a piece of art for each day, and the prompts I decided to create are like a poem for the whole month. I also realised that they all lead into each other in some way.

Like day one is a snail teapot, but the hint of the next day is on the pot, day two shark trapped in a ufo mug and so on, I’m not going to explain all the links but they are there, and the thing is I didn’t realise I did that until I looked and giggled to myself about it.

I have used various things to make this image, from water colours to wool, and each piece hits you as its individual self, but as a whole piece, you eye doesn’t know where to go to first. I am hoping that I can do a full set, because these are very much a joy to make.

For February I am going to do my art digitally, and pop the images directly to red bubble for people to be able to purchase there.
